research into the economic, environmental and social opportunities around scrap metal, particualrly steel - EV0490

The project looks at the economic, environmental and social opportunities from recycling scrap metal, particularly steel.
The study looks at the current state of the scrap steel industry, and identifies the opportunities that are available through the recycling of scrap metals, particularly steel, and the economic, environmental and social benefits from doing so.

The study also identified the barriers to implementation of these opportunities and looked at possible policy interventions that might be effective in surmounting these barriers.
