UK and England Biodiversity Indicators Quality Assurance Science Panel - BE0102

Description
Defra contributes to publishing both UK and England biodiversity indicators. The use of indicators to assess progress towards outcomes and inform policy development requires them to be robust, reliable and accurate. An ad hoc Science Panel to quality assure the species trends used within the indicator sets was established to review data collection and sampling design; analytical methods; presentation of error; assessments of trends; and interpretation.
