Development of a Customer Satisfaction Guidebook for the Food and Drinks Industry - FT0342
|
Description
Although manufacturers, raw material suppliers and service providers within the food industry all understand the importance of customer satisfaction and loyality to their bottom line performance, an exploratory study carried out at Leatherhead in 2000 indicated a lack of understanding of the underlying drivers relevant to customer development.
With financial assistance from DEFRA, Leatherhead Food RA carried out a project with the aim of facilitating awareness and improvement of customer satisfaction practices within the food industry. This project has resulted in the publication of a guidebook to achieving customer satisfaction. |
