`Halibut egg and larval quality (REPLACED BY FC0107, 4/93)` - FC0104

Summary objectives:-
Identify those factors such as broodstock diet, egg collection technology and environmental conditions which control Halibut egg and larval quality, with an aim to finding optimum husbandary methods.

Key customer purpose:-
Provide a sound scientific basis for the consistent production of good quality eggs and larvae, leading eventually to the diversification of the fish farming industry.
1. To identify the parameters which define egg and larval quality. 2. To quantify the effects of controllable variables on egg quality. 3. To determine, so far as possible, the optimum husbandry methods.
