COLDROOM - Improving food temperature control in chilled and frozen storage rooms (AFM115) - FT0564
Description
To improve the safety, quality and economics of food during chilled and frozen storage by closer control of food temperature. This will be achieved by developing a user-friendly model to predict food temperature in chilled and frozen storage rooms under real operating conditions.
