Description
Summary Objectives:-
Develop and validate a suite of reliable biological effects techniques including a review of whole sediment assays for the assessment of water and sediment quality in the marine environment in respect of rapid response scenarios and for long term strategic requirements.
Key Customer Purpose:-
Enable DEFRA improvements to contribute and comment on the development of international testing methodologies through the development of reliable biological effects techniques and the testing of techniques produced by other laboratories. |
