Objective
1. To review international scientific literature on the use of remote sensing in the measurement of parameters that may be of value for arable crop management, and to hold face to face discussions with relevant remote sensing experts.
2. To identify and prioritise cost-effective potential applications of remote sensing to aid agricultural crop management monitoring.
3. The work to be completed within 12 months.
