1.Validation of enzyme method for D-malic acid determination in model solutions. 2.Validation of GC method for D-malic acid determination in model solutions. 3.Validation of enzyme method for D-malic acid determination in model wines. 4.Validation of GC method for D-malic acid determination in model wines. 5.Determination of D-malic acid in certified wines by enzyme method. 6.Determination of D-malic acid in certified wines by the GC method. 7.Analysis of data.
