Investigation of the Thermal Death of Mycobacterium Paratuberculosis at Pasteurisation Temperatures - FS1036

Description
A study will be carried out to investigate the apparent 'tailing' that occurs when MParaTB is subjectyed to pasteurisation temperatures in cow's milk. In addition, further work will be carried out on the effect of clumping of the organism during heat treatment and comparisons of human and animal strains of the organism in relation to the heat resistance.
