Modelling crops of agricultural importance - RP0123
|
Description
To examine changes in crop types of agricultural importance
in recent years to determine whether the current modelling
capabilities for assessing the transfer of radionuclides
through the foodchain remain adequate. The project will also
consider the effects of changes in agricultural practices. |
Objective
To produce a report which examines the changes in crops of
agricultural importance during recent years and determines
whether the current modelling capabilities are adequate to
predict the movement of radioactivity through these
important foodstuffs. The report will include consideration
of changes in agricultural practices over the last decade
and the implications of such changes in the context of
radionuclide transport. |
