Objective
1. To develop a quantitative risk assessment for the probability of introduction of potato brown rot to the UK
2. To assess the effectiveness of the current surveillance schemes
3. To assess the degree to which an alternative surveillance scheme will affect the probability of potato rot entering the UK
4. To assess the feasibility of developing a methodology that can be applicable for other disease scenarios
