Investigation into the Application of ALARP and BATNEEC to the Management of Food Chemical Contaminants. - FS1805

A review into the application of ALARP (as low as reasonably practicable) and management of risks in different sectors of the society, and to report on their applicability for the management of food chemical contaminants.
1) to provide a critical review of the risk management systems such as ALARP and BATNEEC, 2) to demonstrate how the review might and might not be applied usefully to the management of food risks especially chemical contaminants, 3) to provide a set of recommendations and proposals which will place the management of food chemical contaminants in the same footing to risk management in other sectors.
