To help the Natural Capital Committee fulfil its terms of reference and report to the Economic Affairs Committee on which natural assets are being used unsustainably. |
Objective
To help the Natural Capital Committee fulfil its terms of reference and report to the Economic Affairs Committee on which natural assets are being used unsustainably by:
1. developing 'metrics' for natural capital and identifying limits and thresholds; and
2. developing a 'risk register'to assess the liklihood and severity of natural capital being used unsustainably. |
