"MoU agreement with the Centre for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science (Cefas) for the provision of Research and Deverlopment Services to Chemicals and Emerging Technologies (CET) Division 2012 to 2015"

This will support CET with the management and experimental development of research projects that progress approaches that underpin the development of OECD and other international test guidelines and inform on gaps in current regulation, through:

(A) Advice and assistance with the management of CET research projects that progress approaches that underpin the development of OECD test guidelines (and other relevant international guidance) and inform on gaps in current regulation, with Cefas continuing to make available the services of its scientists in the day-to-day running of these projects.
(B) Ad-hoc advice and assistance in a selection of areas as outlined in the MoU.
(C) Manage and administer CET’s needs for the provision of independent expert advice through the use of sub contract agreements.
