Global Nano Mapp - CB0456

Global-NanoMaPPP, a proposed collaborative research initiative, which will deliver testing of a range of priority nanomaterials (NMs) for their toxicological effects against a wide range of mammalian and environmental endpoints. If funded, this proposal will make a major contribution towards the OECD’s NM Sponsorship programme. It will, in turn, have a high impact on the global effort to understand the nature, behaviour and toxicological effects of a number of high-priority nanomaterials.
The Global-NanoMaPPP proposal is a 2-year programme which aims to support the completion of Phase 1 of the Sponsorship Programme by addressing outstanding testing of priority NMs, including those which have yet to be sponsored. In doing this Global-NanoMaPPP also aims to set a pathway for Phase 2 of the Programme.
