Identification and evaluation of components effecting ingestive behaviour and feed intake - DS0405
|
Objective
(i) Identify and evaluate the effects of specific silage
components on ingestion behaviour and rumen physiology of
cattle.
(ii) Evaluate the intactive effects between varying nutirent
supply and infused silage compounds on ingestive behaviour
in cattle.
(iii) Evaluate the effects of feeding silages of varying
composition on the ingestive behaviour and intake of
cattle.(iv) Establish quantitative relationships between
silage composition and feed intake and indicate objectives
for the manipulation of silage fermentation. |
