Spatial and temporal genetic structuring of Edible crab populations - MF0230

Description
Summary Objective:
Define spatial and temporal genetic population structuring in edible crab (Cancer Pagurus) on the scale of localised fishery areas. Determine population of origin of crab by genotyping individual larvae.

Key Customer Purpose:
Provide important genetic information on crab stock structure in the English Channel in order to enhance crab stock assessment and management advice.
