The objective is to identify the main cognitive barriers and drivers to the adoption of selected recommended practices for breeding and marketing of sheep. The findings will be used to develop programmes for promoting practices which will lead to higher returns and incomes in English sheep enterprises. The data will also be used as a baseline for subsequent re-survey to assess the impact of these programmes.
