Regulatory impact assesment for the new EU chemicals strategy - CB01038

Description
The European Commission has adopted a White Paper on a future EU chemicals strategy. The paper makes proposals for the future development of EU chemicals policy to enhance protection of the environment and human health. It proposes a single system for gathering hazard information, assessing risks, classification and restricting the marketing and use of individual chemicals and mixtures. This policy will cover both new substances and those already on the EU market.
This contract aims to review, extend and update the current UK partial regulatory inmpact assessment based on the Commission proposals for a future chemicals strategy. |
