UK Monitoring Programme for Nitrate in Lettuce and Spinach - FS26113

Description
The Monitoring Programme is a requirement of EC Regulation No. 194/97 which sets maximum levels for nitrate in lettuce and spinach. The results will be reported annually to the EC to inform a review of EC Regulation No. 194/97.
Objective
To provide data on nitrate levels in UK lettuce and spinach to inform the review of EC Regulation No. 194/97.
