AFM79: The Advancement of Fracture Technologies in the Food Industry - FT0559

Description
To produce better food cutting systems, leading to increased yields, reduced costs, increased production rates and reliability, and improved product appearance. To study the production and propagation of cracks through foods and to develop methods for monitoring the efficiency of cutting using surface acoustic wave and other sensing devices.
Objective
To produce better food cutting systems leading to increased yields, reduced costs, increased production rates and reliability.
