Summary Objectives:-
Examine the role which pigments play in the life cycle of salmon and trout, including the effect of Vitamin E on flesh pigmentation levels and lipid peroxidation.

Key Customer Purpose:-
Help the salmon and trout industries formulate strategies to ensure quality products through the proper inclusion of pigments in fish feed.
