PURPOSE:TO ENSURE THAT UK COMPANIES ARE AWARE OF TECHNICAL PROGRESS ON HIGH PRESSURE FOOD PROCESSING
Objective
Set up telephone enquiry point; issue 4 newsletters and organise one meeting per year of project; minimum membership after 5 years is 25 large companies, 18 small companies and 12 universities.
