Description
Undertake specific and focused demonstration projects to show benefits of the use of CFD in dust and other environmental control in food industry applications
Objective
Demonstrate the value of CFD in designing containment/ventilation systems by undertaking four synergistic projects. Project 1:Ventilation in a maturing room Project 2:Air flows in very large spaces Project 3:Dust and particulate transportation Project 4:Boyancy dominated flows adjacent to freezers and chillers.
