Factors controlling toxin formation by Bacillus cereus and other psychrotrophic Bacillus spp - FS1530

Objective
To identify nutritional and physiological factors that affect toxin formation by psychrotophic Bacillus spp. implicated as causative agents of foodborne illness. To determine whether toxin formation in model dairy food product can be modulated by manipulation the composition or physiological conditions within the food.
