Summary objective:-
Provide for the first time comprehensive quantifications of the disease susceptibility/resistance of the major stocks and species of British bivalve fisheries to existing and potential pathogens.

Key customer purpose:-
Gain a better understanding of the disease threat to bivalve molluscs stocks and thus maintain a competitive shellfish industry.
