R&D Summary objective:- To formulate a programme of research to selectively breed low stress-responsive finfish and to evaluate their performance characteristics in terms of growth, reproductive function and disease resistance. Key customer purpose:- To improve the quality of finfish in aquaculture, especially trout, by selectively breeding fish which are less susceptible to stress.
