Investigation in to criteria for use in decision analysis in the face of uncertain technical and non-technical factors - FS1838

The research will examine the value of a range of decision critieria for use under uncertainty that may be of value in Decision Analysis Systems.
(1) Food product senarios will be established relating to decisions to be made under technical and non technical uncertainties and submitted to MAFF within 2 months of project start, (2) the relationship between subjective perceptions of benefit (Utility) vs number of risky benefits will be compared and reported within 3 months, and (3) the project will finally prepare an comparison of other ways in which decision alternatives for the scenarios would be presented using the alternative decison criteria.
