CROM (Cognitive Route Model of Perception of Food Risk) - FS1833

Objective
1.Producing a computational model of people's assessment of food-related risks, based on experimentally validated data. 2.Experimentally investigating people's risk assessment behaviour, using an approach based on dual process models and script theory. 3.Eliciting people's natural constructs and categories for food-related risks, using a range of knowledge elicitation methods. (See Annex 1 and Annex 2 for details).
