Objective
Present method to determine glucose and xylose in soluble
coffee based on HPEAC requires sophisticated equipment and
is expensive and time consuming. The objective of this work
is to evaluate the precision of a simple, rapid enzymic
method for the determination of glucose and xylose with the
existing reference method. |
