The biology and epidemiology of Botrytis fruit rot of apple and pear. - HH1903STF

To elucidate the epidemiology of storage rots of apple and pear due to Botrytis cinerea by: identifying sources of inoculum, and factors influencing inoculum availability; determining where and how infection occurs and the factors influencing infection; understanding the factors controlling the development of disease from infection to rotting in store.
