R&D Summary Objectives:- Ascertain whether potentially toxic dinoflagellate cysts are present in sediments on the west coast of Scotland. Key customer purposes:- Identify the organism responsible for PSP outbreak in 1990 on the west coast and facilitate setting priorities for future research.
To ascertain the presence of any potentially toxic dinoflagellate cysts in sediments in the Ardtoe/Loch Kentra area.
