Sampling and analysis of mycotoxins in animal feeds: a review of current practices - CS0104

Objective
The proposed study will review the current methods utilised for the determination of the mycotoxin content of animal feedingstuffs. Where appropriate, methods will be recommended for application in the UK; and outstanding research needs will be identified and prioritised. A strategy will be outlined for facilitating the control of mycotoxins in UK feedingstuffs.
