MIGRATION FROM NON-OVENABLE COOKWARE - FS2205

Description
A PREVIOUS PROJECT WITH THIS CONTRACTOR STUDIED BOIL-IN BAGS. IT IS NOW PLANNED TO USE THE EXPERIENCE GAINED TO EVALUATE OTHER MATERIALS LIKELY TO BE USED IN CONTACT WITH BOILING WATER SUCH AS PLASTIC COOKWARE AND KETTLES. HYDROLYSIS OF MATERIALS AND SUBSTANCES WILL BE AN IMPPORTANT ASPECT.

TO MEASURE THE MIGRATION OF COMPONENTS FOR FOOD CONTACT MATERIALS USED IN CONTACT WITH WATER AT ITS BOILING POINT
