Summary Objectives:-
Determine the fate and effects of selected contaminants,
including toxic metals and persistent organic substances, in
dredged materials.

Key customer purpose:-
Enable licensing policies towards dumping of dredged
materials to be reassessed. Ensure MAFF can influence
international discussions on regional regulations.
Objective
To determine the fate and effects of selected contaminants in dredged materials and to prepare reports with a view to reviewing licensing policies.
