UK Wetland Study: Updating Ramsar Information Sheets - BE01102

Description
The aim of this study is to improve knowledge and understanding of the roles played by - and the current status of - wetlands in the UK, in line with the Ramsar Convention’s national reporting requirements.
Objective
Developing a methodology to assess and document up-to-date information on the Ecosystem Services associated with the UK’s Ramsar Sites (and wetland types), as a contribution to update the UK’s Ramsar Information Sheets (RIS), using a desk-based approach. Using the methodology to deliver the data on a site-by-site basis for use in the RIS.
