Methodology for Assessment of Priorities for International Species Conservation (MAPISCO) - Follow on - WC1124

Description
MAPISCO (Methodology for the Assessment of Priorities for International Species Conservation) is a policy tool which enables policy-makers to assess which species conservation actions can make the greatest contribution to the delivery of the Aichi targets and to enable resources to be prioritised to them accordingly.
Objective
To secure a longer term legacy of the method and enable its further development into a comprehensive open access decision-making tool the support and engagement of other national and international institutions is needed.
