Livestock productivity, practices and greenhouse gas emissions - DO0134

Description
This study is required to fill data gaps on farm-level activities associated with livestock production.
Objective
This study is required to fill data gaps on farm-level activities associated with livestock production, so that we can more robustly measure GHG emissions at the farm level and link these to the economic performance of the farm.

The data will also be used to update the XX inventory which is being undertaken under project AC0116 and will enable policy to devise effective and efficient on-farm measures to target reductions in GHG emissions and help to tackle other environmental impacts associated with agriculture in England.

Using the FBS will achieve significant VFM as we will save start up costs, including construction of sample and farmer recruitment, and will enable the GHG data to be linked to the other data in the FBS record, including the economic performance
