Working with intermediaries as facilitators of change to the way people live or consume - EV0535
|
Description
Concept
This project will explore whether large businesses can provide an effective channel for influencing the pro-environmental behaviours of their employees (or customers), which habits are most effectively embedded using Implementation Intentions and how easily and effectively this type of intervention can be incorporated into existing business practices.
Methodology
Two delivery platforms will be trialled. The first will provide employees with Implementation Intention support and an enhanced programme of engagement offering mutual support through a peer to peer learning environment. The second will provide the same format of Implementation Intention support but offering no further support in the workplace setting. This will involve producing individual implementation plans within the home setting.
