This study was undertaken by Brook Lyndhurst and Icaro Consulting.

This study explores consumer understanding of and responses to environmental terms (words and phrases) found in promotional and marketing claims made on product packaging, broadcast, online and other promotional material (such as leaflets, in-store communications, etc).
