Noise Mapping Website Response (NANR 238) - NO0216

Description
The supplier will carry out a customer satisfaction/usability survey of people who have accessed or tried to access noise maps on Defra's noise mapping website for England and whether or not the information being presented was easy to undertsand and if not, the reasons for this.
Objective
1) Design a questionnaire which will robustly achieve the goals of the project, together with an explanation as to how a good return rate will be achieved.
2) Prepare a methodology/apprach for asking the questions in the questionnaire, explaining stages of the process, the size of the audience, the audience to be used.
3) Carry out the survey, ensuring that a progress report of the survey process is provided every 3 weeks during this phase of the project. Collection and collation of all the results from the public, and analysis of the responses will be required. Once all the date has been reviewed and analysed a report will need to be prepared, with recommendations and conclusions as to the state and effectiveness of the current format of the website.
