Description
Project aims to carry out a number of tasks to support the work of the Water Saving Group

These include:

To ensure that the powers in relation to formal restrictions on water use are robust, sensible and proportionate, and strike an appropriate balance between those given to water companies and those reserved to the Secretary of State.

To examine hypothesis that new homes use more or less water than old homes

To develop profiles for who is most likely to take up which water saving devices

To assess data transferability between the different water efficiency pilots being carried out by the water companies
