Description
This project will assess the role and importance of the Post Office in the delivery of services in rural areas, the role played by the Post Office in sustaining rural retail, and the impact of branch closure on rural communities, focusing specifically on associated retail businesses, other local businesses (especially retail outlets) and the wider local community. The research will help inform decision regarding the future of funding for the rural Post Office network. |
