Innovative approaches to influencing the behaviour of small businesses - SD14007

Description
The study will investigate how existing mechanisms and approaches can be used innovatively to influence the behaviour of small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in a pro-sustainable development policy context.

The study will provide insight into the mechanisms and approaches that are currently used to influence SME behaviour in a range of policy contexts and explore how these can be utilised more innovatively to bring about behavioural change on both environmental and wider sustainability issues. The study will contribute to Defra’s understanding of the ways to influence pro-environmental behavioural change amongst SMEs.
