2003 Baseline Survey of Effects and Concentrations of Tri-Butyl Tin (TBT) in UK Waters (MARP 14) - ME2105

Description
Summary Objectives:
Sampling of biota, water and sediments for TBT analysis at offshore sites in the vicinity of shipping lanes, anchorages and reference sites in order to establish the current state of TBT contamination and provide a baseline for future monitoring following the implementation of IMO ban implemented by the EU by Council Directive 2002/62/EC.

Key Customer Purpose:
Meets the OSPAR requirements for the need to repeat the 1992 and 1998 national surveys
