Developing a Common UK / Netherlands Approach to North Sea Monitoring (MARP 32) - ME2201

Description
To establish a joint UK-Netherlands monitoring network in the North Sea with potential for expasion.

To better determine spatial and temporal variability in the planktonic ecosystem leading to improved measures of ecosystem health.

To provide high-frequency datasets on the plankton and the physico-chemical control variables.

To provide datasets for the improved parameterisation and testing of ecosystem models.
