Validation of Safety & Quality in Flowing Fluids (AFM 194) - FT1503

Project aims: (1) To develop and validate methods to determine the commercial sterility and quality of thermally processed food, in processes where the trajectory of the food cannot be measured with present techniques; (2) to address the causes of wide distributions of heat treatment in flow processes.
