Automated Sandwich Assembly and Packing (AFM 173) - FT0587

Description
To study the handling characteristics of the sandwich materials in order to assure the operating of the automated assembly system for a range of sandwich types. To investigate, analyse, develop and demonstrate effective automation mechanisms for the process activities of topping, clapping and packing of sandwiches. Finally. to demonstrate the effectiveness of such automation for food factory conditions and to reason the investment for the production of standard equipment.
