Immune gene expression during PKD infection - FC1112

Description
Summary Objective:
Through the use of molecular techniques, provide a better understanding of the fish immune response to infection from Tetracapsula bryosalmonae (the infective agent of Proliferative Kidney Disease), including analysing gene expression and identifying genes involved in acquired immunity.

Key Customer Purpose:
Enable effective control strategies to be based on a sound understanding of host immune response to PKD
