Description
To quantify the risk of transferring microbial contamination on product, packaging and air from low to high risk food preparation areas without a barrier tunnel; to design, construct and determine the effectivness of the prototype barrier tunnels that can offer options of product, packaging and/or air microbial decontamination between low and high care food production areas while still allowing materials to flow freely and continuously. |
